House Giardina

Fabulous location 50 mtrs from beach. Restaurants all around and a nice supermarket just round the corner. 15 minutes to historic centre.

The parking was the only issue. The on site parking was full so had to use paid parking down the road, 25 euros per day.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. It is spacious and spotlessly clean. It comes with all the necessary things. The beds are pretty hard, but we slept very well in it. It is right on the promenade, so expect some noise if you like to sleep with open windows. The parking is included, but you need to be a bit tough to get there. All in all a solid option - we would stay here again!

The owner seamed to be in a rush or nervous when she greeted us and during communication. She made us feel that we should have a very exactly timed schedule to be able to tell on the minute when we arrive or when we leave...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut phantastisch, der Strand ist direkt gegenüber, der Sundowner in der Beachbar unbeschreiblich. Die bezaubernde Altstadt von Cefalu ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und konnte sehr gut beheizt werden. Die nette Gastgeberin gab uns Tipps und half uns auch bei dem Gepäck in den dritten Stock.Wir hatten richtig schöne Tage dort und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Nichts

位置很好，就在海边，周围餐厅很多，房间很干净，有两个卫生间，有停车场，自驾很方便。

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage: am Strand, nah zur Altstadt, nah am Bahnhof, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Küchenausstattung sehr komfortabel.

Przede wszystkim przestronny apartament z dwiema łazienkami. Kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem. Świetna lokalizacja. No i przede wszystkim: ogrzewanie! Poza sezonem jest to atut na wagę złota.

Odejmuję jedną gwiazdkę za czystość. Dało się zauważyć pewne nieestetycznie zapuszczone elementy pod prysznicem, czy w kuchni. No i nie było internetu, a powinno być Wifi.

The 3 levels, no elevator was not mentioned! Not for guests with heavy bags, not for olderly.....

Great location.
