Appartement bien situé au cœur du quartier historique : 20 minutes de la gare desservant les villages des 5 terres, supérette à 50 m, boulangerie à 100 m. Décoration dans un esprit vintage, literie de très bonne qualité

Il manque une alèse de protection sur les matelas.

Enjoyed being in the center of the plaza with many shops & restaurants just steps away. Glad to have a small elevator on premises to haul up the luggage. Very convenient to have a supermarket right around the corner. We'll equipped kitchen.

Stayed only 2 nights with not much happening in the area. Somewhat on the boring side. Cleaning staff should leave more than one roll of toilet paper. Had to buy our own.

In 1 woord perfetto. locatie aan het plein in het centrum en lekker Italiaans. Appartement is ruim en goed voorzien. Als er wat is - wordt er opgelost. Thnkx Pietro.

Very nice spacious apartment, well equipped, located best in city centre, very next to marina port. Many restaurants, shops ect. around.

The location is great - not too far from the station. Just make sure to have the directions handy, whether it's a map or your phone. The place is clean and tidy, with all modern conveniences, and has a nice view of the Piazza. Since it's not a touristy area, you really get the feel of living in Italy, especially with the hustle and bustle of La Spezia on the weekends. I really enjoyed that. It's close to the port, museums, the castle, the markets, and more. Plus, it’s secure It’s a great base for sightseeing and relaxing.

I didn’t have a meet-and-greet, which would have been nice, but I was given clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. It would have been helpful to have a mini guide that includes information about local supermarkets, restaurants, how to get to the port, and other places of interest. However, as La Spezia is a small town, it's easy to find your way around Instructions on how to use the heating, microwave, and other appliances would be helpful. Although I managed to figure it out on my own, it would have been more convenient to have guidance. Additionally, there aren't many blankets, which is fine in summer. However, since my stay was closer to autumn than summer, I would have appreciated having a few more blankets. I simply adjusted the heating to compensate.

Great location. Good base for exploring the Cinque Terre. Heaters worked well. The piazza was a bit noisy on Saturday night but the soundproofing on the windows and a day walking the Cinque Terre soon helped.

Only 1 wine glass. Odour in room which lingered during our stay and we couldn’t get rid of. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. No spare toilet paper. (Photo shows 2 extra rolls) No tea towels for drying dishes. No soap for shower. (Photo shows extra soaps) No welcome pack on arrival which is shown in the photos on booking.com.
