House I Gabbiani

Very spacious flat, great to have 2 bath/shower rooms. Great location on edge of town with views of the hills but 10 mins to good supermarket and 20 mins to train station. Levanto is a good place to stay as a bit away from the crowds but has good walks in all directions. it also has a large beach (busy with surfers if sea rough). Although we didn't use them, a nice touch to have bikes to use. Great to have a washing machine.

Only grumble was that there were only 2 wine glasses provided and no corkscrew! Also we didn't see anyone involved with the flat, just a WhatsApp message regarding accessing the property. No instructions about leaving property etc.

Very easy to get the keys. They were available close to the apartment at a discussed location.

The second bottom room was very cold at night despite hot weather outside. At the entrance, there was dirty cleaning mop which probably contributed to the stink in the whole apartment. The apartment was quite damp.

The communication with the owner was very thorough even had a video to show us the driving directions and location to park the car. The owner had tried to help us when we have problem finding the charging station. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Clinque Terre vicinity.

We drove a electric car and the only one nearby was not turned on. We have to drive 30km to the highway to get our vehicle charged. DO NOT DRIVE electric cars if you are visiting inter cities.

Everything was so good at the apartment

The apartment is far from the center , there is only one supermarket near and no restaurants, it was very hard to find a taxi around
