The apartment has a great central location with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was very helpful upon arrival.

We had ants the first day and the staff bought us ant traps that thankfully took care of the problem. The conditioner had shampoo in it and there was no soap in the bathroom so we bought some.

The care and attention of Adrelina and Margarita made the stay really enjoyable. They were on hand for any queries or issues we had and made us feel very relaxed from start to finish.

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms could be a little better. They never felt cool enough even when the temperature was set to the lowest setting.

It's hard to express how wonderful this apartment was in a few short concise sentences. We were met promptly by John who was professional and very courteous. We were very happy to see that the apartment was actually better than the pictures. The location, the view and the cleanliness of the place was impressive. Since we prefer to prepare our own meals rather than dining out we found the kitchen to be well appointed. Grocery stores were within walking distance. For things to do there were E-bike rentals places nearby and the apt is located very close to the port making visiting the other towns a breeze. We had a couple of suggestions regarding the apt. This was received graciously by the staff. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Lake Garda is such a beautiful place to visit and we would like to return in the future.

Great set up - great location - great view!

The location of this apartment is fantastic!! We loved it. Everything is right at your doorstep, and it is such a beautiful part of the world. We would have no problem staying here in this apartment again. The private terrace was so lovely, we certainly made the most of it.

I didn't love the foam topper on the mattress. Sure, it made the bed softer, but it also made me so hot in bed every night, even though the weather was quite mild at the time of our visit. I also thought they were a bit light on with the supply of dish liquid and washing powder they left for us to use, two items that are hard to buy in small portions at the supermarket.

The location was excellent, the property and view of the lake was excellent, communication was excellent !

The property is over a restaurant which was noisy so unable to sleep until it shut on a couple of occasions plus the bin men collect at 6am and are very noisy.
