Lovely, clean, roomy apartment. Superb location. 2/3 minute walk to get the ferries. Perfectly situated for the restaurants and cafes. Perfect to explore the South of Lake Garda.

The write up said there was shower gel included. In reality there were a few tiny sachets - completely insufficient for the number of people and nights. Annoying as I would rather have grabbed one at Gatwick on the way out. There was just a tiny sachet of washing up liquid too. The check in procedure was laborious. It’s done on line and took us 45 minutes by the time we’d downloaded photos of passports, input details, sorted out deposit etc. The lift was broken and we were on the second floor which is fine unless you have mobility issues.

The location couldn't have been any better. Stunning views and in the heart of everything.

The beds where comfortable enough except one of the rooms but the pillows were terrible.

The apartment was in a fantastic location. It was clean and well equipped. Great value for money.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location and very easy check in. Kimberly was very helpful with anything we needed. Very clean with everything you need beds comfy too.

Nothing to dislike at all

We stayed at the 1 bedroom appartement on the first floor for 3 nights. The reception by and communication with the hostess/manager Beatriz was excellent and attentive. The place was comfortable and spotless clean and we got a little welcome package with some snacks and a bottle of wine. The location is absolutely perfect and it has a stunning lake view.

Unfortunately there was some annoying noise from the floor above us. We could hear people walking around early mornings which woke us up everyday at 7am. This is the only reason I would deduct a point and rate it 9/10

Location, views, clean modern furnishings and great air conditioning. Also, host was very welcoming and helpful.

Only minor issue was that there were some missing items of equipment.

Bed was very comfy, air con was brilliant, lovely views, clean and perfect for the 3 of us.

Location excellent, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Fantastic views of the lake. Very quiet thanks to good sound proofing. Restaurants and ice cream shop below were excellent and extremely convenient!

Far too many emails before and during our stay, often with slightly different information, which was unhelpful and confusing. Little things like no airer to dry clothes (despite a washing machine), mattress needed replacing (I kept rolling into a hollow overnight), shower temperature was difficult to get right. However, these were small things, and we'd definitely stay here again.
