The check in process- we needed to wait a lot for having key Also the cleaners wasn’t the best, but after complaint it was made good

In bagno manca l'asse del water (nei commenti degli altri ospiti era già da tempo segnalato)i bagnoschiuma e la chiave della porta. In cucina il pentolame era sporco e malandato. Nei cassetti poca igiene. Non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo. La televisione in sala non funzionava ( anche questo era stato segnalato da tempo) e nelle altre camere il segnale era molto scarso. L'appartamento in generale era vecchio e non in tutti gli ambienti era pulito

The location is ok, easy to reach by the bus or 30 mins walking from Pisa centrale train station. Very close to Pisa tower, around.1 km. I did not meet the staff as it is self checkin system but they can be reached via whatsapp, always answer promptly.

The cleaning can be improved as we found a used towel left in the drawer in the bathroom. I noticed that bedroom with double bed is colder than other rooms even with the heater on.
