The location was great…within walking distance of the store and waterfront for the ferries.

The apartment was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to station and restaurants. Host was very responsive to messages and organized a taxi for us on our departure morning. The views from the huge balcony are stunning. Quiet peaceful apartment. There is an elevator to the 5th floor then 2 flights of stairs to the apartment.

The design of the apartment is amazing, kitchen is well equipped, a lot of extra towels of different sizes, AC is in every room, stunning view from the terrace, close to city center, supermarket, train station. Sonja is a friendly and very helpful host.

The apartment was in a great location close to all the amenities and beach. It is comfortable however we had 4 adults and the double sofa bed was okay... the apartment was tastefully decorated and the view from the terrace was spectacular!

Shower was a little problematic as the base of the shower was in level with the floor and the water leaked out - lots of bath mats needed to mop. Some hooks to hang clothes in the shower/bathroom would have been good. Also there was only one power point in the kitchen for microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Had to unplug each appliance to use the other. Overall, great stay. Loved La Spezia :)

"Very quirky 'one off' flat with fantastic roof top outside space"

Sonia was very warm and friendly on arrival. Her hosting skills were excellent.

There was no-one available at the end of the booking to hand the keys to and no instruction.

Good central location perfect for visiting all the local attractions, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, nice terrace with good views, high floor, quiet rooms.
