Absolutely beautiful property and great location, compact yet spacious with everything you could need.

Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk from station and about 10 minutes to beach. Very central to the lovely historic centre with every convenience nearby, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars but quiet at night. Host Laura met us very promptly as arranged and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Also met other lovely members of Laura's family living close by who were happy to have a chat ( very patient of my basic Italian) which added to the very welcoming ambiance which we also experienced throughout Pesaro.

Only a couple of small negatives. We found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioning not very effective.

The accommodation is fantastic! It has been thoughtfully created in an old palazzo with all modern conveniences. The location is perfect within the old town and because the apartment is in the courtyard it’s lovely and peaceful. Laura was incredibly accommodating when we had train delays and got there hours later than planned and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

fantastic. it was a fabulous apartment, and almost dining part of the city. Would recommend attending one. We will go there again, one day, hopefully. It was a sensational spot. In amongst everything. And we had a great time. And we are pretty sure, it was because of the position, of the apartment. Everyone was so friendly. We loved it. Had all the conveniences. It should have read, we have nothing, but praise, for the apartment. It was a fabulous spot. Short walk, to the Rossini theatre, this Conservatorium of music, all the restaurants, fantastic bar, across the road. We became friends very friendly there with them. It was very close to the main Square, the post office, the banks and everything.

Quiet and recently renovated apartment in a beautiful courtyard with a nice garden. The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and shops just outside the door. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again!
