La struttura era molto pulita e la posizione ottima…in pieno centro…peccato per il divano letto che aveva il materasso inesistente … sembrava di dormire sul ferro della branda…per dormire bene ho fatto 4 strati di coperte

un solo rotolo di carta igienica per tre persone; stoviglie al minimo sindacale e lasciate all'aria pieni di polvere (ho foto); laniccia e polvere nei pavimenti e sotto le porte (ho foto); mancanza di un tappetino fuori doccia e mancanza di appendini per 6 asciugamani; tassa di soggiorno aumentata dalla prenotazione ad oggi e non comunicatami dall'host; ceck-in complicato con notevole perdita di tempo; richiedono pagamento in contanti e non hanno resto a portata di mano; avevo chiesto una fattura e mi e' stata data una ricevuta non fiscale e senza un numero progressivo non contestualmente al pagamento, ma dopo 16 ore dietro mia sollecitazione.
