All was great, apartments are the whole floor with a lot of space and big terrace, all facilities except of washing machine are available for your trip to lake Como.

Only one nice to have is washing machine.

"Great stopover and pet friendly."

We stayed for one night as a stopover from Austria to the Med coast. Centrally located in Lecco and easy to find. Scrupulously clean. Lovely little terrace for morning coffee. Be aware of quite steep access stairs. Allocated parking space is tight due to the width of the typical Italian street, we have a Volvo XC40 and if our car had been any longer I think we would’ve been unable to get it into/out of the space. There is free street parking nearby though - with hindsight we should have parked elsewhere.

No sofas, just two additional single beds in the lounge with a sheet over and cushions against the wall for your back. Ok for short stay.
