Wygodny apartament z dwiema sypialniami i kuchnią, położony w samym centrum miasta. Duży taras na którym z przyjemnością jadałyśmy śniadania. Dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz.

Bardzo strome schody , trudne do pokonania dla osób starszych osób i z problemami ruchowymi. Hałas za oknem do późnych godzin nocnych, co powoduje konieczność zamykania okien.

Totul. Amplasarea, curățenia, facilitățile.

Faptul că dusul era fix și pentru asta trebuia să ne spălăm și pe cap de fiecare data. Era greu de gestionat.

Sehr zentrale Unterkunft. Total nette Vermieter, die uns sogar spontan einen früheren Check in ermöglicht haben.

Abends war es etwas lauter, aber dafür ist die Lage halt auch total zentral. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört.

Great location, very central to all shops and restaurants. The terrace was a great bonus and we sat out every day. Ricardo was most helpful and met us at the apartment to take us through the details. We would stay here again

Great location on the main corso. Close to everything and surrounded by shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Only a 10 min walk to the train station or 5 mins to the ferry port. Good outdoor terrace.

Directly below the apartment is a handmade jewelry store which has chosen to install a sound system in their ceiling. They like their music loud and they like to stay open until after midnight. Unfortunately, all that music transfers directly through the floor of the bedrooms! We asked them to turn it down one night at 11 pm which they did - but half an hour later, they turned it back up again! Earplugs are a must, as is a love of dance music with heavy bass…

La ubicación. Muy cerca del tren y de los restaurantes

El aire acondicionado está puesto en un lugar imposible. En un cuartito cuando entras con lo cual en las habitaciones hacia un calor de muerte, igual había ventilador. No tenía microondas. La ducha mini, aunque el baño era grande.

Lovely apartment located 10 min walk to train station and ferry port. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Wonderful terrace to sit out and enjoy a meal whilst soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of La Spezia. The host met us and helped carry luggage up the stairs. He provided information on local activities.

Everything was fine for our 4 night stay.

Location was great! Plenty of shops and restaurants. Balcony was wonderful to sit out and relax after a day of touring. Would highly recommend this property.
