Me gustó que el departamento estaba bien equipado. Serena fue muy amable y en todo momento estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Ademas, nos recibió super bien y nos dejó a disposición galletitas, mermelada, cafe y leche para que desayunáramos. También, nos dejo por escrito las tarifas que corresponden por estadía de turista según la ley aplicable a la comuna de Verona, siendo muy transparente de su parte.

La ducha era muy chiquita y el agua cada tanto pasaba de estar caliente a fria.

Serena, the owner, was so kind, friendly, warm and extremely helpful. We appreciated her hospitality, her advice and her attention to detail. The apartment is very nice, we loved her cute SMEG fridge, her appliances, and found it very homely and comfortable. Having a washing machine is a huge bonus. Verona is a beautiful city and we appreciated everything Serena did to make our stay so special.

L’accueil, la propreté et l’emplacement proche de la vieille ville. Et surtout la proximité d’un grand parking gratuit. Très utile quand on est en voiture.

Serena war eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet, mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung, in der Altstadt von Verona ist man trotzdem fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten. Super sind auch die vielen und teils kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
