"Great location."

The location is great- it’s next to the gardens and near the main square. The kitchen has the essentials. The apartment is good sized for two.

The couch could use pillows for your back.

"Roomy relaxing and comfortable 😊"

We had a week here mid March and loved it, so peaceful, lovely looking out the window at the mountains and lake. Apartment was roomy and comfortable, heating worked well also a quiet part of town, but everything handy, just a few steps away. Photos don't show the true size, it's spacious.

Lighting in the kitchen needs improving. A drying rack would be handy The shower is small, ok, but on the small side.

Apartment very comfortable, spacious and clean. We were well looked after by Gabriele and the communication very prompt and clear. Apartment close to bakery, small supermarket, cafes & restaurants. Nice!

Excellent location. Spacious living space ideally located. Spotless and so so helpful!! I’ve stayed in Varenna 4 other times and this was by far our best experience

Could have used some heat! I know we should have called to ask how to turn it on but waited until it was late. My bad!

Loved the location. Quiet and comfortable. Stefano was very good about getting us in touch with Gabriele, who assisted us for the trip. Gabriele was amazing! Went out of his way to help us get to/from trains. Communication was spot on. Varenna is a beautiful and quiet spot for those looking to be less crowded.

The rain, but nothing they could do about that. The shower is a bit small and slippery, but did the job!

Nice apartment with everything needed for a stay. Just a few steps from downtown. Quiet safe area, walking distance to Varenna-Esino Train Station. Gabriele was an excellent host.

"Great location, comfortable place, helpful and friendly host."

We were met at the bus by a very helpful and friendly Daniele who assisted us with our luggage and guided us the the apartment. The location is excellent...very close to the center of town (without being noisy) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There was even access to swimming in the sea 100 steps from our place. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent!

There was nothing we didn't like.
