Decent location and apartment is nice with large rooms. Laundry convenient as well.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle as app didn't work in my browser. But landlord was responsive and it all worked out.

All was good , no problems.

A very disgusting experience. Total lack of support from owner/manager. A very warm day and could not start the air conditioning. So bad that I left immediately for another property.

The position, the quality of the apartment and the furnishing including appliances. The kindness and competence of the host. Very silent apartment with good air conditioning.

Large apartment, great interactions with the owners, good location.

Getting into the apartment the first time required good internet to figure out how to get in. Thereafter, we only had one set of keys and so my partner or I, each time, had to access the Booking.com app, log in, to get the PIN code to work to get us into the three doors necessary to open the apartment.

Central location but very quiet. The apartment is super clean, the house has a charming patio. Perfect option for two persons to spend a couple of days in Mantova.

An extra set of bed linen for a fee (may be a problem as not in all cases guests would like to sleep in the same bed).
