"Extremely unhelpful & rude manager in a smelly apartment with overused bedding"

Location, and the cafe next door

Everything about the apartment and the manager of it. The apartment smelled badly, the window in the kitchen did not close properly, the stairs to the apartment were a hazard, the beds were not made for us before our arrival, the pillows left for us on the beds have seen hundreds of sweaty people before us, there was only one heavy, old and stained blanket. The bathroom needed deep clean. The manager called after I complained only to yell at me for 15 min straight that she is tired and cannot solve anything, and told me that I can leave and find a new place cause she does not care. It was after 9pm at that point and I paid for the stay in advance. There is false information on booking.com about the checkin. Don't expect anybody to be there for you if you pick this apartment.
