Garda Sailor’s House

This is a lovely, newly renovated apartment. We loved the central location, the air conditioning, bedroom shutters, large living area, well equipped kitchen, The apartment is in a quiet block and is very central with restaurants and the lake only a minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean on arrival and all instructions with the host were very clear and friendly. This is a super apartment with great restaurants and amenities nearby and a good base on Lake Garda.

The patio isn't great but nothing can be helped as the location of the apartment is at the back of a restaurant.

Mieszkanie czyste , lokalizacja super nad samym jeziorem ,niestety widok na jezioro zasłania zaplecze restauracji , niemniej jednak można bardzo dobrze zjeść w tej właśnie restauracji.

The location

The appartment is between the kitchen of 2 restaurants The shower qas very small, the rooms are not equipped.

No se pueden abrir las ventanas porque, a pesar de estar a 10 metros del lago, el apartamento está rodeado por las cocinas de restaurantes, con lo que el olor es insoportable. De hecho, para coger el camino para salir al paseo principal, hay que cruzar la trasera y la cocina de un restaurante. Es una pena porque la ubicación es inmejorable

La cucina molto spaziosa. L'ambiente pulito.

Spacious and clean place with wonderful hosts. They provided us with detailed instructions, which made everything easy. The location is excellent—right by the lake, close to restaurants, beaches, and a nice walking area. The bus stop is also not far, which was very convenient.

The only downside was that the children’s room didn’t have air conditioning. Opening the window wasn’t really an option, as occasionally smells from the nearby restaurant kitchen would come in. We solved this by running the air conditioners in the living room and main bedroom and keeping the doors open. But honestly, this was the only inconvenience during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Garda Sailor's House. The location is terrific, just a short walk down an alley way and we were right on the lake. There are loads of restaurants, cafes, Gelateria and shops. Also very close to the ferry terminal and about a 7 minute walk from the bus station. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Property was very clean and the info from the host was excellent e.g. keys, checking in, rubbish facilities and some little quirks of the property (e.g. power point located on underside of overhead kitchen cupboards).

No views of the lake, but it didn't matter as it is so close to the lake, it only took us one minute to get to the lake for a walk or to sit by the lake

Perfect place, good, spacy parking, clear instructions, fully equiped, clean home.

Restaurants around, so you can't open Windows, but that was a small problem.
