Locatie in de buurt van de haven en lruk om daar te wandelen naar het centrum.Verder op de 8 ste verdieping dus mooi uitzicht.Je kon de stad goed zien bijv, teatro Massimo En de host Gabriella gaf heel veel informatie over Palermo.

Really beautiful apartment and view. very expansive and nice size. Gabrielle is an amazing host, very friendly and with lots of suggestions and warmth. For a bit the water got cut off, and she very quickly provided us with temporary water jars to be able to use for the bathroom etc. Love that theres a kitchen.

It is a bit of a walk from some core tourist areas of Palermo, but this is dependent on your desires and what type of experience you want to have. We really enjoyed the quiet and the comfort of a nice apartment, so we could cook etc too.

Rooms are nicely decorated and the straight view is nice, but under the balcony and around is not a nice scene and most importantly NOT safe.

The owner is a scammer, she deleted messages about refunding the rest of our nights as we decided we dont feel safe there. She even told the booking com that we were aggresive just to justify her behaviour. But Booking did let us write this review. Do not book this place - We didnt feel safe, there was no lock on our room, the private bathroom we payed for is not in the room but in common hall area, behind the kitchen, where strange guy were sitting all night drinking beer and smoking inaide creating clouds of smoke everywhere, even in pur bathroom. The smell was in our room, just everywhere. We didnt know the balcony is walkthrough also, anyone can pass and look into out room. We paid almost 90€ per night and didnt even have privacy or felt safe. We are traveling all the time but this was such a scam. We spent just a night and booked right away a new place, a whole apartment and much cheeper. We wouldnt even spend a night if it was not already midnight that we came into this property. The area around is not on the picture, but it is not nice at all. Somebody has a rooster ourside which started crowing at 4am till we letf at 10:20am. The rooms are pretty, nice decorations but thats all. Please be aware Its a shared apartment not a private place, with a lock. The owner is not honest at all and we have to say, she is a scammer. Do not book this place, if you are not desperate. There are much better places in a safer area with a honest owner!

Super schöne Aussicht. Vermieterin war ein Traum, immer bemüht und sich gekümmert, Tipps gegeben, Taxifahrt organisiert. Alles in Allem perfekt!!

Les points positifs : L’hôtesse est très gentille et disponible. La chambre avec salle de douche correspond à la description et aux photos, elle est spacieuse et très propre, tout comme les espaces communs. Un frigo et un coin cuisine sont disponibles avec les produits de base (café, sucre sel poivre huile). L'emplacement est accessible à pieds à environ 15 minutes de marche des premières rues animées du centre historique de Palerme.

L'appartement est au 8è étage d'un immeuble ancien de 12 étages, situé dans un quartier un peu délabré. La vue depuis le balcon est certes dégagée au loin sur la mer et Palerme, mais au premier plan c'est sur des bâtiments abandonnés et des tours métalliques d'une vieille usine, pas très glamour c'est dommage. L'appartement est mal insonorisé, si les autres occupants sont bruyants on entend tous les bruits, en particulier de la cuisine et des salles de bain.
