Lovely host, who gave us lots of information, close to bars and restaurants . Spacious room

The shower was not enclosed enough, therefore water spilled onto the bathroom floor. Not a complaint, just want to make the host aware

Sea views

It was an amazing view over the roofs of Palermo to the San Pellegrino mountain and a very kind reception. I would come back anytime! It was great.

The sea view, the balcony, the spacious room, the fully-equipped kitchen, walkability (I walked to and from the city and the beach; buses are available), nearby street food and bakeries, and the best communications from the host. The host and I did not meet in person but they were contacted at all times. They know Palermo and the surroundings of the apartment very well, and they shared so many good tips and much useful information with me via online means. They also helped out when I left my phone in a taxi upon departure. (Everyone was wonderful and helpful in Palermo :) ) I am so thankful and cannot ask for a better experience.

Only one thing: if you book the sea view room (it is totally worth it!) and your sleep is easily bothered by light, do bring along a sleeping mask. The motion-sensor lighting in the corridor of the flat turns on frequently at night (not sure if it is also time-controlled), and the light shines into the bedroom through the glass segment above the bedroom door. The sleeping mask will be helpful ;)
