Mieszkanie wygodne, świetny stosunek ceny do jakości. Okolica spokojna, w pobliżu sklep i pizzeria. W niewielkiej odległości przystanek autobusowy. Największą zaletą tego mieszkania jest jednak Simona. Jest bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna i kontaktowa. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i w każdej chwili mogliśmy liczyć na jej pomoc.
