Good location.

We are 5 people in total and we requested 3 extra pillows and 1 blanket, since the sofa bed did not have a blanket and 2 people had back problems and needed more pillows to sleep. The requests were not delivered.

The apartment is very nice furnished and is very clean. Self check is available. The apartment is in the end of the historical center, just outside the crowd. In about 10 minutes walk there is a free parking. There was a milk in the fridge that was really nice. I would recomend this apartment.

Excellent location, air conditioning, modern kitchen and bath.

To us, it felt stripped of all “homeyness.” No artwork, (The one piece of artwork found in booking.com photo was removed) , the lights had stark, bare lights bulbs, minimal creature comforts including no coffee table, no privacy in bathroom— a window lacking shutters or privacy shades from which another building can see into the shower, no kitchen towels, no drain rack, 2 of the 4 unmatched chairs at kitchen table were uncomfortable to sit in , only one of the bedrooms had a comfortable chair, it really felt “unfinished” like they stripped it to the bare minimum. This is a 3 flight walk up with no elevator and their is no way one can drop off luggage with a rental car. We had to park and walk up and down steep roads with our bags. The woman cleaning the apartment was very kind and we were allowed to drop off our bags and check in earlier than 3 pm. Never met the owners.

The appartment was spacious, modern furnished, comfortable beds. The host was very polite and helpful.

We loved the spaciousness and it was very comfortable to be in. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. The location was terrific and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed and all the information we needed. We ended up in Siena at the last minute due to a situation with accommodation prior. The hosts were very accommodating and extremely kind with our situation. Would highly recommend.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. A coffee table would’ve been good. And of course it was stairs only to the apartment but it’s definitely worth the climb!

WARNING!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!! Building was in very poor condition. There were large holes in the walls exposing pipes and electrical wiring. I know that it is an old building but no need to keep it in these conditions. Apartment was renovated but bathrooms had terrible odor coming from them. Refused to stay here. Was charged anyway. Would not recommend to anyone! Do not stay here! It is not as advertised.

Comfortable, beautiful decoration, excellent location and had all we needed.
