Lokacija je savršena, u samom centru. Stan je taman za dvoje, čisto je, kuhinja dobro opremljena.

Napomena da može biti izazovno sa bukom loja dolazi spolja, tj. ispod stana kada radnici iz picerije (koja je sa druge strane, ali kuhinja dikrento ispod) prave pauze ili imaju unos robe. Svakako, ne traje dugo i nije nepodnošljivo.
