Appartamento Bellavista con parking privato e aria condizionata

Con mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti con i nostri gemelli di un anno, L'appartamento si trova in una posizone eccelente, l'appartemento è molto accogliente, curato pulitissimo ti da proprio un senzo di relax e ha ana bella panoramica la proprietaria e stata di una gentilezza impeccabile. per noi SUPER CONSIGLIASITISSIMO!!!

The apartment is spacious, very clean, with everything we needed. The ceiling fans in the rooms were especially appreciated on hot days. There’s a market nearby where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast. Restaurants and the beach are just a short walk away. Luisella and Hilda were also very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information

The apartment itself was cute and clean. Parking was decent

The building had an industrial feel with the smell of smoke throughout. The view out the window was ok, but if you looked down, it was a filthy alley with men loitering. The location was difficult to get to and in a very hilly area. Walking to anywhere required many steps up and down with alleys smelling of urine and garbage. The neighborhood was filthy! We did not feel safe walking, felt like a slum. It was extremely hot with one of the fans not working well, the main room fan only had 3 blades so very little air movement. One day we received a call from the owner stating that she received a complaint about noise from a neighbor. She said it was the sound of shutters at 4 or 5 in the morning. It was actually 6:15 at sunrise when we had difficulty closing the shutters when the sun woke us up. We had to leave them open at night due to the heat and no air conditioning. We thought there was ac, but there was not. My husband (71y) had to get up on a ladder to fix the steel shades. She was rude and it was humiliating to be scolded about “noise”. We heard many noises all night. I believe it was her assistant who lives in the building not a neighbor who complained, and it was after sunrise not “during the night” as stated. The internet was sketchy as well. We ended up leaving a day early due to all of these issues. We even had to buy our own fan to survive the heat! The shower did not maintain temperature. My husband and I 64 and 71 travel extensively, and have stayed in many types of accommodations. This was by far our most negative experience with both the facilities and host.

it definitely needs a renovation, the interior doors are awful
