The location and the style of the flat. The contemporary interior fitted really well with the traditional building style of some of the rooms features. It was centrally located in a quiet lateral street, easy to walk everywhere. The kitchen was modern and the rooms all very bright. My favorite feature was the elegant fireplace.

There could have been more attention to details. The wall art was very worn out and looked cheap and sometimes out of context. I felt it missed the personal touch and some very small things could have made it perfect (for example a small coffee table next to the sofa). Despite the considerable size of the bedroom, there was no wardrobe (only one tiny rail with a few dry cleaners metal hangers and no shelves nor drawers). I was alone so it was ok, but the apartment sleeps 3 people, it could be problematic with luggage. The kitchen had some pots and pans, but all rather old and scraped. All of these are super easy fixes :) The apartment was lovely in itself.

The apartment, although in an old building, is very comfortable, everything is clean. Nice owner!!

Parking is too far!!

Conviently placed with everything to hand restaurants mini markets etc
