Great location. Easy to get to the train station via one of many city busses. Nice Cafe right next door.

Very minimal daylight access through the window on the main floor that faces courtyard.

Position

the apartment has no natural ventilation, very little natural light, few items in the kitchen, low ceilings, several dirty items, they put water in the shampoo to make it last and water in the dishwashing detergent, things that are absolutely cheap, unacceptable.
