Great location, comfortable, lots of space, great roof top, very responsive host.

Cleanliness was an issue when we arrived, but was worked on immediately after we contacted the host (sheets and blankets were changed). We were there for new years and there were several issues with heating/ warm water but they were checked on immediately. Kitchen equipment was quite old and mostly not clean.

"Central Monopoli apartment with a gem of a terrace!"

Fabulous location; right in the centre of lovely Monopoli. The terrace is HUGE with panoramic views of the sea, it’s easy to spend all day up there relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. So very accommodating and went above and beyond. Inside was comfortable and spacious. 10/10

"Perfection in Puglia"

I cannot praise Helios enough. We have stayed in Monopoli many times, and this is the perfect apartment. It is large, extremely well equipped, and in the most perfect location. The jewel in the crown is the enormous terrace with an additional upstairs kitchen and bathroom plus staggering views of the cathedral and the Adriatic. Don't worry about the steps; they will keep you fit!

What a superb location - breakfast on our private rooftop terrace every morning in warm spring sunshine. Perfect location for wandering through the old town or reaching local beaches. Easy location for some super restaurants and bars.

If the apartment had info/maps of the local area it would have been handy
