Great location and a big roomy apartment.

AC on top floor is broken.

- mancano oscuranti alle finestre per cui si è svegli all'alba - condizionatore che perde acqua per cui devi spegnerlo -- terza camera nel sottotetto con il letto in un cunicolo tanto da renderlo inadeguato a due adulti - bagni con tubi doccia che perdono acqua e non stanno in posizione

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e ben disposto. Ottimo anche il check in e la comunicazione con l'host.

Purtroppo la struttura non era adeguatamente pulita e abbiamo riscontrato diversi interventi di manutenzione ordinaria da fare.Sistemate queste cose la struttura è valevole per posizione e potenziale.

La posizione perfetta

Appartamento totalmente il contrario di quello che mi aspettavo, compagnia di sei persone due hanno dormito in un materasso in terra che al nostro arrivo non era neanche pronto, ho dovuto prepararmi il letto da sola la descrizione dice 3 camere da letto due matrimoniali e una matrimoniale con letto singolo.... [Che non ho trovato]. Pulizia pessima mobili rotti e quando ho cercato il contatto non sono mai riuscita a parlare telefonicamente con lui, solo via sms, aria condizionata al secondo piano che perde acqua. letti sporchi di sangue insetti sotto le lenzuola, mi è stato detto che le pulizie sono state fatte la mattina del mio arrivo ma non è assolutamente vero... Un disastro.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la situación del apartamento.

Una de mis amigas sufrió una urticaria general, según el doctor se debió a picaduras de insectos, suponemos que de la madera. Otro problema que tuvimos fue que teníamos el traslado del aeropuerto gratis, por Genius, booking puso una hora antes la llegada del vuelo y la empresa de taxis no pudo recogernos, tuvimos que pagar el traslado.

Great location - central to the city. Quiet, lift, good space.

One bed was not made when we arrived. I notified the agent via WhatsApp. I wasn’t impressed but found clean bedding in the cupboard and made a start. I received a reply to say he was glad I found the bedding! Realised I needed another sheet and messaged the agent again. No reply for the whole of our stay so our daughter slept on the bed without one. The weather was hot but it was rather weird for her. Whole place needed a good clean through. Floors had hair and dust on them and bathrooms were tired and full of mildew. The jets in the spa bath were filled with soap scum and hair. Many plug sockets are hanging out the walls. Light fittings are broken and missing bulbs. No welcome in person or welcome pack of any description. Multiple pieces of furniture around the house, many of which had broken draws and cupboard doors. The microwave wasn’t plugged in and we couldn’t find the cable to plug it in as it was installed high up in a semi fitted unit. Kitchen tap was loose and dangled about. Free standing fans were broken or missing their stands so couldn’t be used. 2 air con units in the whole house which helped if left on full blast 24 hours a day. Veranda tiny and decorated with dead plants in pots and a dirty table.
