Chalet Blanc "Coeur Sapin"

Comfortable apartment in a good location for the town and nearby hikes. Antoine's video instruction for us to find the property was fantastic...we found it first time. I'm not sure we would have found it without!!

The kitchen could have a bit more "basic spices" to cook, but luckily supermarkets are a short distance. The hot water does take a good 5 mins to heat up but that's a minor annoyance overall this is a great property

Apartments can be easily found if you follow the landlord's instructions. The address of the apartment is not available in navigation apps. The location is good, close to the center, close to the lift. The apartment has several balconies, from which there is a nice view of the valley and mountains. The bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The apartment has been renovated and furnished without considering that it will be used by people for several days in a row. The kitchen equipment - knives, pans, dishwasher - is in a deplorable condition, none of it can be used properly. There is no pan for the oven at all. The interior doors of the apartment need maintenance and adjustment, there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. As for the beds - very specific mattresses. Instead of sheets and bedding, bed covers are used; there are no duvet covers. Hot water - without exaggeration, after turning on the tap, it takes 10 minutes to wait. Cleanliness - cigarette butts were scattered on one of the balconies, overall cleanliness level is average. There is a feeling that the owners of the apartment rely on the fact that Courmayeur is a popular tourist destination and guests will come to them regardless...

Location is excellent, 10 min walk to the lift and similar to the town. Cute apartment

The apartment is advertised as 2 master bedrooms but the second master room in the attic is almost unusable as you can’t stand up in it as the ceiling is too low. There are no doors up there so it is very loud if anyone is in the lounge. Also going to the bathroom at night is frankly dangerous due to the low ceiling and open steep staircase. I hit my head pretty seriously a few times. The toilet seat was loose in one of the bathrooms and there is nowhere to sit on the 2 lovely balconies, some outdoor furniture would really make this space usable. Nice apartment if just family of 4… definitely not suitable for 2 family’s.

Location was excellent near town but very quiet

The beds are very small - the bunkbeds are very low and you can bang your head The loo seat in one bathroom was broken - it needs to be reattached It is a lovely appartment -the kitchen is quite well equipped, we had a lovely stay.
