Très bien situé ! Logement propre et confortable. Une petite terrasse très agréable .

Une machine à café que nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner mais ce n’est pas très important .

Great location and Alessandra was very very helpful!

We stayed 4 days and we had to kill 5 cockroaches during our stay. One of the two air condition controls were missing. There were stains on the sofa.

Não consegui entrar na acomodação. Ninguém na casa. Parece um lugar abandonado. Até o momento não recebi qualquer satisfação da Ebooking sobre meu prejuízo e ressarcimento. Fui para um hotel 4 estrelas espetacular, com um preço ótimo. Cai numa fria.

Nem deu para entrar.

"Für einen Aufenthalt im Herzen Olbias eine gute Wahl"

- sehr zentrale Lage - geräumige Terrasse - bis auf die Müllabfuhr und bis nach Mitternacht feierndes Personal des gegenüberliegenden Restaurants sehr ruhig - sehr sauber

- Strafenkatalog - laute Müllabfuhr jeden Tag ca. 06:00 Uhr - direktes Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe des Apartments ist nicht möglich, Zufahrt (ZTL) zum Ein-/Ausladen nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich
