The hosts were super lovely and helpful, Pietro even got us pastries one day. The location (close to the train station and old city) was perfect, especially for day trips.

Super kind hosts, brought us fresh pastries one morning and sweet dessert wine one evening. Great location. The tourist center is too crowded with a car but this is a 10 minute walk and right area the train station. Couldn't have picked a better location and wouldn't have guessed it would be so perfect.

Would be nice if there was shampoo and soap for the bathroom, but it I'm sure it wasn't promised on the listing and I know there are regional differences in the norms.

Location was convenient, about a 10 minute walk to the historical centre and 5 minutes to the train station. Our Host Piero was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay in Monopoli very enjoyable.

There is nothing not to love about this property. Pietro is the most amazing host. He was so helpful, caring, attentive and went out of his way to help us. The place is immaculate. It’s obvious the pride he has in his house. So clean and fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable, so were the pillows! My family of 5 fit comfortably. I loved the proximity to the town and station, all walking distance. Excellent value for money too! I regret not staying longer and exploring more of Puglia from Monopoli. I will definitely return to this property!

Upon arrival we were greeted by our host Piero and his daughter , they took us through the apartment and showed us around. The apartment had everything we needed it was clean and the beds were comfortable. If you’re traveling by train this property is very close to the train station 2 min walk. The location is also in walking distance to the old town. There are grocery stores, bars and bakery down the street. Very well situated. There’s a washer so very convenient. The host is very welcoming and available to help in any way. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wow, we had such a lovely stay here hosted by Piero! The apartment was very close to the train station and only a 5 minute walk into the historic old town. When we got there we were met by Piero and Daniela, who showed us around the apartment and gave us maps and information about Monopoli including restaurant recommendations, where to find the best supermarket and what days there were local markets on! Piero had left us bottles of water, coffee, wine and croissants. It was absolutely spotless and everything worked perfectly. The washing machine was a life saver and there was washing powder, toilet paper and washing up liquid. The air conditioning worked so well and the beds were super comfy so we slept very well. It was the perfect apartment with loads of space and outdoor seating. Piero also made such an effort to help us plan our trip and give us any recommendations we needed. One of our friends was sick and he helped us find pharmacies and came to check in if we needed anything including bringing us extra water. One of the days we made a trip to Alberobello which Piero went out of his way to print us off a bus timetable for and tourist information on which was so kind of him. Overall a lovely stay, thank you so much Piero we would love to come back and stay again!!

The property location is wonderful- near the station, a short walk to the centro storico and there is a coffee shop, bakery and supermarket in the next street. The property was spotless, our host Piero was attentive without being intrusive and we quickly became part of the community.

Pietro was truly a great host- always available- brought us treats for breakfast- a truly gracious, kind man.
