Central House Light Apartment

Host Ilaria was so welcoming. The apartment may be occupied as early as 12 noon which is a huge plus. She supplied a generous welcome pack of water, milk, fruit juices, and croissants. Ilaria was very helpful on busses to San Cataldo beach and stayed in touch during our occupancy.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Ilaria was a great host. She was very communicative, and made check-in an absolute breeze. The apartment's location is perfect. It is right in the action, but still quiet. The balcony is spacious, and great for wine, cheese, and olives. The apartment itself is beautiful. It is fully equipped and has everything for your stay. We especially appreciated the kitchen and washing machine. It also has 3 air conditioning units throughout the house (bedroom, living room, kitchen). We loved the windows and the natural light. The place was also incredibly clean. If we lived in Lecce, we would love to live in this apartment. It was perfect (even better than the photos). Grazie, Ilaria!

Location, staff and quality of the apartment outstanding!

It gets a bit noisy at night but it was not an issue for us or our 2 year old!

Nice and spacious, has a nice terrace. The host is super-super nice, she helped us a lot with tips and any questions. The rooms are very big, high ceilings. Flat is in the old town but not in the small loud streets, just around the corner from the main square. Bus stop is 2-3 min away to go to the station.

In the main Square there is always something going on, so be prepared for lots of music every evening.

We enjoyed Lecce and the property we stayed in helped make it a great stay. Very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The location was ideal, on the edge of all the action in the city, with food and sights all only minutes away, and there is a pretty good Gelateria right downstairs. This one is highly recommended as a base for exploring the city and surrounding areas of Puglia.

Ilaria is a great owner, the apartment is fantastic and the location outstanding. For those who like the historic center and the nightlife but do not want to give up having a large and hospitable apartment even for families Centreal house is the perfect choice

The washing machine had some problems but Ilaria promised to repair or replace it before the next guest. The nightlife, being in the historic center is felt even from the bedroom on the 4th floor, but this is Lecce.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful and the large balcony has a great view of the central area of Lecce. The location is perfect for sightseeing. The owner was very kind to us and very helpful. We were able to cook and wash clothes. We used it to give us a break from our travels. Highly recommended.
