The property is in the heart of the city. The apartment was cozy, clean and the host was friendly. Our plane landed very late at night. The host had waited for us to give us the keys.

You get an entire appartment that's ideal for a couple. Everything is very modern and new and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well so stocked, so it can be used for cooking if you need it. The internet was great but we suddenly lost it at one point, so it might be limited. The bathroom is excellent, clean and has everything you need. The hot water takes very long to start but it's always there. Location is excellent, practically in the center, but right next to famous canals, part of one is right behind the building, you can see it from the bedroom mirror.

The room and everything is clean, but there's still a lot of dust, and it seems like noone ever cleans it, while still doing a great job with the rest. The canal part is nice, but it can stink up the bedroom if you leave the window open. The builing is old, so you can hear noises from the neighbors, so if one is being very loud, you'll hear everything.

Host met us as scheduled. Entry directions were accurate. Location was pretty good for old Town Bologna. Lots of coffee shops nearby but then again there are lots of coffee shops everywhere in Bologna. Floors, bathroom were clean . Bed was comfortable and good size for two. Aircon and heat worked well.

All cups and mugs had some form of fingerprints and/or food residue on them. Plates and cutlery were ok. Brought this to the attention of the Host on the first evening who offered to purchase new mugs and glasses but we washed them all ourselves. Also, the drain in the shower did not drain sufficiently, causing water to flood onto the bathroom floor all the way across to the vanity. It was irritating to have to clean it up each time. I’ve read this on other reviews so didn’t mention it to the host. Occasional sewer odour in the bedrooom. Don’t believe this was from the river below the bedroom and there wasn’t an odour outside when the window was opened to check.

Great location, very nice place, I'm happy to stay here again

The shower itself is great but has a construction issue that causes the water to drain too slowly and the bathroom to flood . The room refresher was a bit strong, but not a big deal.

The location was excellent for walking everywhere. There is a fabulous cafe downstairs and wonderful restaurants all around. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area had all we needed. Krystina was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Not an issue for us but be aware there were stairs up to the apartment from door.
