Teruzzi Country House

From the warm greeting by host Angelo, to the complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water, Teruzzi met and exceeded our expectations. It's set in one of the most scenic areas of Tuscany, the pool is gorgeous and the gardens very soothing. It's even close enough to San Gimignano to walk there and back. Having a second bathroom was a big bonus!

The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and would often disappear. We bought e-SIMs with data packages, so we had an alternative way of connecting, but if you're planning to use only Wi-Fi, it's good to keep this in mind.

Very quiet with lovely grounds and very attentive hosts

The location , the view was amazing , the owners are wonderful , very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment was clean, the bathrooms and showers were good.

The air conditioning in the bed rooms need to be looked at.

Spectacular location approx 2 km from San Gimignano. Large pool and beautiful grounds. Active host Angelo who is happy to help. Three active rental apartments so pool is shared - but meeting others is part of the fun.

Nothing. A little hard to find on the first pass. Angelo met us roadside and led us in.

Friendly host. A man of many interesting stories :). Clean swimming pool and a good location - 2.4 km from San Gimignano old city center.

The internet connection might be a bit more stable.

Very friendly host, great location although more hills to negotiate than we would have liked. Nice pool. Host arranged for great pasta making class and also helped organise a "party" for all other guests with the pasta we produced. He produced all the wine and bread.

Not really fitted out for 4 people (two double bedrooms), ie only one two seater settee. Not enough crockery, glassware nor cutlery. Basic utensils only (ie no cheese grater in the land of parmesan, no potato peeler and no lemon squeezer). I suspect Angelo would have found them for us but we shouldn't need to ask. We had to ask for the change of bedding, but no replacement toilet rolls

Beautiful rooms, comfortable - with a breathtaking morning view. Beautiful furniture and tableware reflecting the atmosphere of Tuscany. Well-equipped kitchen - nothing was missing. Wonderful place, peace and quiet, total relaxation, and at the same time the possibility of active rest - bicycles, walks, mini golf, horses, badminton, swimming in the owner's pool. A wonderful rest. This is how we imagined Tuscany! A beautiful, atmospheric house, with a well-kept swimming pool and surroundings.
