Ce n'est pas une chose bien importante , mais pas de facilité pour faire du café et pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. We were warmly welcomed by Giancarlo, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and available whenever needed. His hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaner came twice during our 4-day stay and did a fantastic job each time, maintaining the flat to a very high standard. The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room to relax. The terrace was a standout feature—large and perfect after a long day. Overall, this property offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Meeldis asukoht: kaubandustänav, restoranid ja rannad olid väga lähedal. Jalgsi oli võimalik jõuda nii raudteejaama kui ka sadamasse. Korteril oli avar terrass.

Midagi halba ei meenu.

The agent was supportive and understanding.

This Location is not a easy place to get to, a very steep and awful side street. Not suitable for anyone who has difficulties ie health issues, or use walking aided devices. I tried cancelling my booking as agreed with one night stay by Agent but it still hasn't been actioned and now being charged full duration even though I didn't stay in the property. I tried contacting booking.com and tried to cancel but nothing was looked at.

The place was in a great location to the activity in the city.

The wrong address was originally provided, which was noted in our travel documentation that I created to ensure we got where we needed to for the whole trip. Turns out host knows the address is wrong and where he had texted a couple days before and mentioned an address change, it was in a long text and he didn't point out the address was different. This ended up resulting in us hauling our luggage and extra mile out of the way trying to find the place. Made for a bad start.

Location So close to everything Slightly noisy at night but was part if the experience

Squeaky doors, just need oiling or WD40 Needs a new kettle as the one in there takes forever to boil Some tikes are loose and a little dangerous ( cut my foot on one) so worth the time in fixing these

The property was so close to everything we needed from Corso Italia to a supermarket to even the train station!
