Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé. On peut régler le chauffage soi même. Tous les équipements fonctionnent. Personnel très aimable, serviable, avenant.

Isolation acoustique par rapport à l'appartement voisin. Rampe du balcon qui n'est pas solide. Pas de parking réservé.
