The apartment is spacious. It is within one hour from both Florence and Pisa. Towels and beds well prepared. AC in every room. Good coffee available.

You have to use the AC (at least in fan mode) in order to ensure fresh air, otherwise, the apart does not smell good (perhaps it is wet). Kitchen not properly equipped - salt missing, tables for dishwasher missing, plastic bags for garbage missing. No water upon arrrival.

perfectly located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. the location is quite, quaint, and so comfortable. We visited Florence in August 4 and it was 38.8 degrees. after the day in the city it was great to come back to the air conditioning in the apartment. Luca was so inviting and friendly. he made check in and staying really easy. There is a washer and dryer to do laundry…it was great. All in all, this place is great and I highly recommend it.
