I loved everything. Access was clear and easy. Well appointed. Comfortable for a small party. Spectacular views of the mountains from the fifth floor, idyllic “village” location and hiking trails into the valleys and mountains.

Clearer instructions on use (functioning of ) pellet stove for beginners. Bring all necessary food and beverage items as there is only a very small grocery store a long way down from the Cervatto cliff road and one small local restaurant/Bar—good pizza and sells beer.

I booked as a surprise for my family for 9 days over Christmas. I asked if the owner could decorate to make it more Christmassy for my young children 2y & 4y. They were more than happy to accommodate and made it lovely for us. There was English Films for the children to watch, toys for them to play with, the location was excellent, even being so far from anything, we had a hire car which made this not a problem, the local roads were a pleasure to drive. It made a truly magical Christmas for my family amd one that we will never forget. Thank you again.

The fire was a little awkward to use, the sofa bed was not the comfiest but this is understandable. A couple of the pots needed to be cleaned before we used them but again, this was a misfortune oversight and was not a problem whatsoever

It is a nice, small appartement on the top floor of the town castle (Cervatto) with a fantastic view. Nice to have towels, bed covers, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Beautiful area for hikes in the neighborhood.

Why not put the address and name visible? Anyway, the place is certainly nice and good value for money, but do not expect something very luxury. Staying in the castle keeps you fit (You have to carry luggage up to the entrance and then another 3 floors up :)). There is no internet and only a very small grocery store in the next village, so come prepared. So, as there is no internet, it would have been good to have some basic info and phone numbers of closest places upon arrival (resto, bars, grocery, gasoline, etc)
