The bed was clean and comfortable. Spacious enough for bags and moving around. Bathroom was good. Towels included.

Lacked wifi - tricky when instructions are via WhatsApp to get access and we don't have internet on phones. A fix for this would be sending intrstuctions through the day before arrival. Internet access tends to be a Lake Como wide issue though compared with other cities.
