Great Location Private Entrance

Easy to contact host through Booking chat. Very good explanations how to check in even though we never met the host.

We loved the location so close to where most of the restaurants were and Very close to the beach. Train station was about 900 metres from the apartment and an easy walk. Nice clean apartment. The owners were very lovely who offered to help us with our luggage up and down the stairs. They gave us many suggestions for restaurants and were very accomodating and gave us beach towels so that we could go to the beach!

There are many steps to get up to the third floor of this apartment in the historic centre. When I realised there were 3 floors I emailed the owners and said that we might struggle getting up so many steps with our large bags and immediately our host offered to help us take them up and bring them down! Can’t do better than that! He helped turn what could have been a big negative into a positive!

There was AC but it couldn’t cool great - but it was super hot outside. Luckily there were ceiling fans.

Perfect location in the old town of Monterosso. Easy to get around and easy walk to the train station.

Location was good, close to the beach and restaurants

Too many stairs, making it very hard to go up with the heavy luggages. Also the owner didn’t advise us about not coming down with the car passing the round about, so we had to pay 60 euros fine as soon as we got there. I tried to talk to the owner about it, she first said she would take responsibility for 50% of it for not advising us, but never showed up and we never met her, even thou she lived right in front of the unit.

Absolutely everything!! Perfect location, the most comfortable bed, everything was super clean, very spacious room, everything there that you would need! Even some little snacks and water! Can’t wait to stay here in the future I would never stay elsewhere it’s perfect.

Nothing, everything was perfect. However if you have lots of luggage or struggle with stairs there are many many flights of stairs to get to this room however the view from the window and the comfort of the room make it worth it! Just pack light and keep in mind about the stairs.

location was excellent

The apartment was in the old town in a great location. You steps away from restaurants in the old town and a short walk from the new town. Apartment appeared recently renovated and was cozy. I appreciated the air conditioning unit, the toiletries in the shower (many places do not have this), water, the wine opener/wine glasses and cafe machine provided.

There are only two locations to park (we did know this ahead of time but did not know how little parking there is in number of spaces). One which is 350m away and one that is 750m away. The 350m parking is very small and we had a horrible experience there with some locals. We then drove 15 minutes to the other lot which did have availability. I imagine during the tourist season it could be frustrating to try and park a car. It would have been nice to have some extra towels. Although I appreciated the A/C I would have preferred to open the windows but couldn't figure out how to. Probably more user error than anything with the property. And it would have been nice to have some darker curtains to block out the street lights. Although they are not super bright.
