Helpful host. Beautiful, large, clean appartment. Well equipped kitchen. Very good coffee :)

Location, style, comfort, communication

The host very helpful. She recommended a few near by restaurants and gave us a voucher for 20% discount from the bill. In addition, she arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the parking due to bad weather.

Tip: If you have a lot of luggage and travel by car, I'd recommend you contact the host and drop off the luggage first and then park the car. Otherwise, it is a hike up the hill with the luggage.

Vanessa met us on arrival. She was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful during our stay.

It was all pretty great.

The location is very close to the center, great places to grab breakfast and a știre which has everything you need. Vanessa was great in providing us with directions for Etna and other places we needed to know about.

Nothing to say. Just make sure you understand it's a lot of stairs to reach the house, but all are like that.

Our hostess was welcoming. Her activity and food suggestions were excellent and she made us feel so comfortable. The apartment was clean and had lots of amenities and designer touches. I loved the views of the water and town. There is a grocery store right round the corner. I liked being steps from the town but out of the hustle of high street

We liked everything. Beautiful house, cosy atmosphere, combination of modern design and retro flavor. Very clean and well maintained. Location is in the walking distance from the center and tourist area. And last but not least, our host Vanessa was very polite and responsive. She gave us all the information we need to travel around and to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended!
