"Exceptional"

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect — the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the city center and close to both the bus and train stations, which made it easy for us to take day trips to nearby cities. The host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay. When we noticed the hairdryer wasn’t working, she quickly brought us a new one. We would definitely stay there again.

"Horrendous experience"

Location.

Horrendous. We arrived at 10:30pm as our flight was delayed to find that our apartment had not been cleaned since the last occupants. It was filthy, dirty beds, dirty bathroom, bins hadn't been emptied. Contacted the owner who sent out a cleaner who said it had already been cleaned, which obviously it hadn't been. We then had to wait in a dark corridor at 12 o'clock at night with our young child whilst the apartment was cleaned. We are sending a formal complaint to booking.com.

It was an absolute disgrace, bed unmade, still dirty linen from previous Tennent, floor unclean , bathroom in a mess

"Good Location, Requires Maintenance!"

1. Location is close to the central station, 2. Accessible by elevator.

1. The electric outlets for the microwave and the kettle were not working. We could not use the microwave at all. Used the kettle by connecting it to another electric outlet in an unusual location - next to the pillow of the bed! 2. Not sound proof - the neighbour watched TV in the middle of the night and you can hear it loud!

"Superb"

Carlotta was very useful and facilitate my late check in with her self checking. She sent me the instructions one day and advance and a kind reminder in the same day. The self checking was really useful and I could get in and out of the flat without any problem. And the flat is very stylish and roomy, clean and conveniently located. I highly reocmmend.
