Location was the best, at the heart of Palermo's old city

There was not much light in the apartment

Convenient location

Bathroom door didn't lock. Shower took a long time to drain. Toilet seat only attached on one side, One bedroom had dirty walls. Bed top covers needed to be cleaned.

Great location for visiting the old town and port areas of Palermo

Much of the furniture and fittings were damaged and broken

Central location . Spacious accommodation. Shops outside and all the main areas with walking distance

Second bed not made up. Spare pillows were lightly stained. The couch was v uncomfortable - missing cushions or back section? Bathroom fan not working One cockroach turned up in the kitchen. Parking not available and a nightmare in Palermo to find a spot.

Nice and clean, property, comfortable beds, all kitchen equipment and iron provided. Very good location.

We have been bitten quite badly, I believe by bed bugs? That’s the only issue.

The location is amazing! Opposite Piazza Vucciria and very close to all major sites. The property is clean and the beds are comfy. In spite of the very central location, no noise was coming through the window shutters, so we were able to sleep soundly.

There was no toilet paper, no kitchen Sponge, no kitchen roll and the stove was not 100% operational( the electric ignition button didn’t work). Not a big problem, since there was a minimarket next door and we weren’t planning to cook anyway- This was truly the only issue we had and if I were to travel to Palermo again, I’d book the same.
