Good location near train station and not far from restaurants and bars. Property was very clean and staff were very helpful and communicating was easy

The balcony was very large and well equipped but the view was a little urban. Sitting on the sofa in the open plan kitchen lounge did not feel special. The bedroom needs curtain as the light comes through the external blinds.

We loved everything about this apartment and our stay in Colico! The apartment is clean, modern, has everything you could possibly need including food staples, and just a few steps from the train station! The air conditioning was a relief on some hot evenings, and we could see the Alps from the terrace! Alessandra is a warm and helpful hostess who obviously puts a lot of work into these apartments. Very convenient to have paid parking on site or public parking (free overnight & weekends) adjacent. Colico waterfront is a fun and lovely place for meals and walks.

Great location for the outdoor enthusiast. Very close to the train and the ferry is about 8 minutes away. The view from the terrace was outstanding and it had a very well equipped kitchen.

Perfect service, perfect place, clean, comfortable appartment and really very nice owner.

The property was modern. We love the terrace and the view from it. We had everything we needed there. It was very close to the train station.

Great place to stay - 2 min from train station, great and kind owner, comfortable bed, don' t have to wait for long till You get warm water to have a shower. If You want to see a lot of towns at the lake Como, Colico is very great place to stay - by train You can go to Novatte Mezzola in 15min, to Bellano,Varrena in 15 min also, I mean Colico is the stop where trains go from it to any directions. We also hiked to Monte Bassetta from Nuovo olonio (next train stop after Colico to the Chiavenna direction) (recommend it to everyone, pics in attach) and later viewed this mountain peak from our bathroom window :) Beach is only 5min walking from appartment, great promenade and also view to the mountains from every place to every side :) At the evening a lot of restaurants to choose. For us the best choise was Hotel Risi & Ristorante "Il Vapore" - great stuff and yummy food :) Hope I'll get back there in some years with my daughter :)

As for a girl it would be great if in appartment would be a big mirror (where can be seen all height :)) ,so it is possible to choose what to wear from all the clothes taken with me :D
