Die Wohnung ist voller Designobjekte und in diesem Sinne aussergewöhnlich.

Leider leidet darunter zuweilen die Funktionalität (bspw. keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad).

"Astoundingly perfect"

I loved everything about this property and how perfectly located in the city centre it was, with many commodities nearby and the metro stop being so close made my work experience in Brescia an amazing stay. I also loved the way the entire place was decorated and the atmosphere.

"We left early"

Although not practical, the apartment itself is beautiful. It has a nice view because of the height and is very art orientated.

The apartment is located in a zone that you can’t enter by car. The passenger has to carry the luggage for 200m while the driver has to wait in a spot where it is not allowed to park. You can park your car 1km from the apartment. It should be stated that it is hard to reach because of the staircase that is really small and has 80 steps. It is a nightmare to carry a suitcase all this way up! We visited in July and as always it was hot. The apartment is a loft with high ceilings. This all needs to cool down with only 1 small airco unit which is by far not enough. We contacted the owner who came to check on it. He told us the airco was working fine. He did gave us an extra card to keep the airco running while we were away though, but this didn’t do much. We booked for 2 nights but left after 1, it was just too hot to sleep. Also, there is not a single window that you can open for some fresh air so it feels like you are locked in this high, hot tower. We messaged the owner on the second day that we left the place respectfully because it was too hot and we didn’t get any respond of him. We do not recommend this place.
