Las vistas desde la terraza son lo mejor, poder desayunar ahi todo un lujo.

La dificultad para aparcar, seria bueno poder contar con una plaza de parking del apartamento.

The view.

It says there is free private parking, but that is not true. It is literally impossible to find any parking nearby. There was a strong smell of dampness throughout the place and towells. The pillows and sheets had hair on them.

The view on the balcony is breathtaking. Very clean and spacious. Close to bus stop with a little store across the street and a place to eat above apartment. Right in the middle of the distance between Como and Billagio. We didn’t have a car and we got along just fine. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf den See von der Terrasse!

Das Doppelbett ist leider sehr weich und nicht so bequem. Die Ausstattung (insbesondere die Anzahl der Handtücher) könnte etwas besser sein. Die tägliche Parkplatzsuche kostet täglich etwas Nerven, da es besonders abends kaum welche gibt.

We really enjoyed the view, the apartment is well equipped, Wi-Fi connection was good and we had a great stay.

As expected, parking was hard.

The view of the lake was outstanding! The apartment was spacious. I met Marco, the owner, the first morning by accident, and he was really friendly. He tried to assist me with the washing machine. Although I had to Google it at the end to work on a quick cycle. The first economy cycle took 3 hours.

The cutlery and cooking stuff need to be updated. The pots and pans have no lids. The bread knife was extremely blunt. Only 3 wine glasses of a sort, while we were 5 people. There were only espresso cups and big white cups, that was more like soup bowls. More original coffee mugs or tea cups shall be appreciated. There was also no place to store our groceries. We had to store it above the sink where the drying rack was supposed for the cutlery. The linen on the sleeper couch were also dirty. Mirrors in the 2 bedrooms will also be an advance as well as a small dustbin in the bathroom. We're stay there for 4 nights. I am sure for a shorter period of time this won't be matter as much. I also washed the green towels on the last morning before we left, just as an appreciation of our stay.

Great location with a little secret spot down the stairs with lake access. Right next to a bus stop and a cute Espresso shop "Sonia". The view was incredible! There were 5 of us and we stayed the comfortably. We found a parking spot and just kept the car there for the entire stay. It's anyway better to travel by bus and boat between the towns, as you will face worse parking situations there.
