La Maison de la Mer

Marco ist ein ganz toller und lieber Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar! Einchecken und Auschecken lief völlig problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz toll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist einmalig, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über Posada bis aufs Meer hinaus. Man kann viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt vor der Ferienwohnung ist ein geräumiger Privatparkplatz. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung unterhalb der Burg ist außergewöhnlich. Zudem sind nach kurzem Spaziergang tolle Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen schnell erreichbar. Unser Host Marco machte mit seinen super wertvollen Tipps - schöne Strände für Schnorcheln, Abendessen auf einem Agroturismo - unseren Sardinien-Urlaub noch schöner.

La Maison de la Mer is a fantastic place to stay in Posada! The house is very clean, spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect – close to the beautiful beach, charming restaurants, and the hill with the medieval tower offering breathtaking views. It’s a great base both for relaxing and for exploring the beauty of Sardinia. The hosts are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended!

Localização, paisagem e simpatia do Marco

O quarto mais pequeno com beliche não tinha ar condicionado e cheira um pouco a mofo.

Appartamento bello, spazioso e arredato come da foto, il ragazzo con cui ho parlato è molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, c’erano molti attrezzi per la cucina, ma visto il costo non basso dell’appartamento, possono fare molto di più con piccole accortezze, che a mio parere sono importanti.

C’era solo un rotolo di carta igienica (potevano lasciarne due). Inoltre i sacchetti per la spazzatura… te ne fanno trovare solo uno all’arrivo (per ogni tipo, quindi 1 x l’umido, 1 x il nero ecc), poi se butti l’immondizia, quelli che ti servono per i giorni dopo li devi comprare tu… quindi se io sto lì 10 giorni, devo comprarmi 5 rotoli diversi per buttare l’immondizia una seconda volta. In sala c’era una plafoniera rotta di una luce, in camera c’era il bocchettone dell’aria aperto e avevamo paura che entrassero degli animaletti.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Unser Gastgeber Marco war freundlich und jederzeit sofort erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Mit einem grandiosen Blick von der großen Terrasse aus, ist die Lage nicht zu toppen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Örtchen, aber auch Restaurants sind gut erreichbar ohne Auto. Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd, aber nur Mut! Zu empfehlen ist natürlich ein Fußweg zum nahegelegenen Castello della Fava Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Die Matratze war uns persönlich etwas zu hart, aber das ist ja wie oft benannt Geschmackssache.
