Perfect location, the apartment is well kept and has everything you need. It's location just next to the Jovenceau lift is perfect. The owner was super friendly, offering advice on where to eat etc.

Perfect location for the mountain. Stunning views, facilities were perfect for the 2 of us. Very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment. Just 5 minutes to ski lift.

WiFi wasn't working.

Property was perfectly located for access to the Jouvenceaux chair lift....only a few minutes walk away. Always very well heated and with plenty of hot water. The flat was very quite even though there were a lot of flats in the same building.......probably due to most of them not being occupied at the time. Underground parking was a bonus, but had a very steep ramp access, which could prove difficult to exit in very snowy / icy conditions. Ski boot / ski storage area, specific to the flat, was also allocated in the underground parking......not heated. Apartment owner (Andrea) was very quick to respond to any of our queries.

There were no photos of the kitchen or bathroom areas on the apartment details, which was a little concerning. This became apparent on arrival, as both were were very dated albeit functional. There were 2 bed settee beds + a 'Z' bed in the lounge area. We used the bed settee, but found a lot of 'hairs' and someone elses socks left from a previous visit. We contacted the apartment owner (who was not on site) and he contacted the lady on the ground floor who serviced the apartment on his behalf. This was quite late at night, so we managed a temporary work around and first thing the next morning, the lady provided us with clean sheets / pillow cases and duvet covers........really this should have been done prior to our arrival.
