The apartment was very central. It was about 12 minutes walk from the station and very near Via Maqueda. The owner, Loradana, was in frequent contact with us both before and during our stay, providing information about our entry to the property and answering any queries we had about the facilities promptly. When we had a problem with the shower she arranged for her cleaner, Patrizia, to come round to the property with a new hose straightaway and she and her husband fixed it together. We were very impressed with their dedication to their job. The apartment was well stocked with everything you needed and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, good facility, very nice!

Noisy neighbors late at night, midnight and after.

The apartment and location were great. A good bottle of Sicilian wine and water were awaiting us at our arrival. The access to the apartment was easy with the information the hostess gave us before we arrived.

It would have been nice to meet the hostess in person, but she couldn't make it and the neighbors next door were noisy until 23:30 in the evening. Of course, it was not the fault of the hostess with noisy neighbors.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions. Very safe neighbourhood. You have everything you need in the apartment. Loredana was a very attentive host

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was quite spacious (it felt slightly bigger than the photos suggest), clean and lovingly decorated. The location is excellent, in a small vicolo just off the Chiesa del Gesù di Casa Professa, with the Mercato di Ballarò right around the corner. Loredana made me feel very welcome.

Casa Professa 1 gives a very Sicilian and Palermo experience. It's excellently located in the old town, in easy walking distance to everything. The apartment is comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a small apartment. Comfortably old fashioned. Loredana is an excellent host. We got very helpful instructions on how to find the location and access the apartment, complete with pictures. She is super responsive. We needed batteries for the air conditioning controller and she organized them incredibly quickly. We had everything we need, including a nice bottle of Sicilian wine.

Extremely well-located so we could walk to any markets, restaurants and sights with ease. Air conditioning was great as it was needed in the heat. All other facilities were totally adequate. Our host was amazing. She sent several pictures beforehand of places we could visit. That was really helpful.

Excellent location. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Welcome bottle of wine - everything clean. We were very pleased 😄 Although in a popular residential area. It was surprisingly quiet, especially at night.

Noisy toilet! Wondered what this was at first, but ok when we got used to it. It might be good to warn people. But thankfully quiet at night. Well equipped generally. Surprised there was no toaster or electic kettle. . My only real disappointment was I thought it would be good if there was some oil and vinegar in the cupboard !
