La Torre House

Absolutely everything. 5 minutes from the ferry. Right at the beach with the best views. 3 minutes and you have walked into town. Groceries not 3 minutes by car. The apartment was perfect with everything you need in the kitchen with a proper oven, a comfortable bed, washing machine, outdoor furniture to just sit and look at the view and air conditioning. Francesca left little surprises for us and those biscuits, yummo. Parking out the front which was great but I wonder in peak time whether it could fill up quickly. My husband now wants to live there permanently lol.

The wifi was very sporadic not just the house wifi but my own as well.

Easy to find with clear directions from the owner and parking right nearby. Great contact a day or two before hand. The apartment itself is in a prime beach view location and was SPOTLESSLY clean. Really modern renovation and a well equipped kitchen- everything we needed was there. Shower was awesome. Bed was very comfortable and loads of space in the living area. The outdoor area was private enough- we had no neighbours for our stay, but would have been fine if we had. Not a big thing to some, but the lighting inside and out was also well thought out. An easy walk of a few minutes to main squares with restaurants/bars. A 15 minute walk to a larger supermarket (de spar). we didn’t use car, explored locally on foot and to neighbouring harbour. We only had two nights in Santa Teresa but as soon as we arrived we wished we had more time.

Best location in town a short walk down the steps to the beach or you can just stare endless at the water from the patio. Loved the huge rain shower and the bed was comfy but low. Enough basic kitchen ware to cook a simple meal but you will need to bring basic pantry essentials. Host thoughtfully left us some water , fruit and sweet treats to start us off.
