Die zentrale Lage

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt erheblich durch eine direkt neben der Ferienwohnung befindliche Baustelle beeinträchtigt. Wir wurden nahezu täglich bereits am frühen Morgen durch starken Baulärm geweckt. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass bei der Buchung keinerlei Hinweis auf diese Baustelle gegeben wurde. Der Balkon war aufgrund von Staub, Schmutz und der unmittelbaren Nähe zu den Bauarbeiten praktisch nicht nutzbar. Auch die Aussicht war dadurch stark beeinträchtigt. Die fehlende Information über diese Umstände stellt für uns einen erheblichen Mangel dar, da wir die Unterkunft unter diesen Bedingungen nicht gebucht hätten. Daher erwarten wir eine angemessene Preisreduzierung als Ausgleich für die Lärm- und Schmutzbelästigung sowie die eingeschränkte Nutzung der Unterkunft. Wir bitten um eine zeitnahe Stellungnahme und ein entsprechendes Entgegenkommen.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico della città, vicino alla spiaggia. È molto pulito e accogliente. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi: negozi, ristoranti. La signora Meri è molto disponibile e vi aiuterà per qualsiasi cosa. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui.

Perfektní poloha, čisto. Paní Mery byla super. Ráda bych se vrátila na stejné místo.

This property is fantastic. Great location just off the main mall in the old part of town - but very quiet. Fantastic value. Also opposite a great bakery.

We spent a lot of time searching the best place to stay in Cefalù and we couldn’t believe how lucky with got with Casa Spinuzza 4. Meri was the most incredible host we have ever come across. She is most accommodating and hospitable woman. The apartment is small but very cosy, homely and spotless we felt like we had been living there years. Meri is so thoughtful and leaves toiletries, small snacks, teas, coffees, pasta and other light condiments. The apartment is situated in the best location if you are coming by train as it is a 5 minute walk and very easy to get to and from the station without getting a taxi. It is in THE best location. It’s so close to the beach and still in the old town but on a much quieter street which is ideal. Everything is a very short walking distance. We could not recommend this location more if you are coming to Cefalù!!

OUR HOST MARY IS A VERY WELCOMING PERSON AND VERY GENEROUS IN THE SUPPLIES SHE LEFT FOR US. SHE SHOWED EXTREME THOUGHTFULNESS THROUGHOUT. THE APPARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF THE OLD TOWN BUT WAS VERY QUIET.

I WOULD USUALLY LOOK FOR A PROPERTY WITH A SEPARATE BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM BUT CEFALU IS A PRICEY PLACE TO FIND ACCOMODATION.

Everything is perfect and the host is very welcoming. Welcome snacks provided and also bathroom kit.

Very bad WiFi. Every 5 mins the network was dropping

A wonderful apartment in a great location close to the main beach and shopping and restaurant areas. Newly refurbished with a smallish but efficiently designed bathroom, well appointed kitchen, separate lounge and bedroom areas all within a 40sqm studio apartment. The host was very attentive and accommodating in all regards. Host provided quality beach towels and umbrella which were well used. Great pasticcerie just across the road.

Very minor issue but a little short on supply of crockery in the kitchen and no toaster.
