"Beautiful house, unreliable Heating System!"

The house is excellent. View, location, house owner's communication was very nice. We have easily fitted 7 people without any problem.

The heating system has malfunctioned during our stay. I have asked 3 times to the owner to increase the heat. First day the temperature was 21c inside, -12c outside and all the radiators were off. The house heating system has been operated remotely therefore you have to ask the owner to increase the heat which i did and she did immediately. Next morning the system was off and i asked again the owner to increase it. Somehow during the night the boiler has shut down and i have been told that a plumber will come and fix it. 2nd night again the house was 21 c. Again i asked and again the owner increased it to 24 c. 3rd night we had the same issue but this time the owner told me that the plumber came and couldn't fix it. At bight the house was 19c. Well we have checked out and now my 9 years old daughter has a fever and this heating system failure ruined our vacation. I believe the intention of the owner was very sincere and they tried to fix it but this is the fact and it happened. If they have fixed the heating system i would definately recommend to stay otherwise stay away.
